Amazing customer service! I had to submit multiple photos due to blurriness or not the best angle of my puppy and Jim was so patient and helpful. This is the second time ordering and when I received the mug the handle was broke. I emailed them and they sent a replacement with two day shipping. Couldn't ask for anything better. The products I have ordered are wonderful and a great experience both times.
