Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to return an item, you have to contact us at support@goodbarks.com. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in resaleable condition. The return must happen within 14 days after the order has arrived. The buyer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs concerning returns. If it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility you can apply for a 50% refund.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may apply for a refund. Contact us at support@goodbarks.com with pictures and detailed information why you are not satisfied. We will solve refunds always case-by-case.

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Goodbarks is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods. It's the BUYERS responsibility to pay for import fees and local taxes including VAT.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at support@goodbarks.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional costs to you.

Free promotion items or items on sale can't be refunded!
