Jim was wonderful to work with in creating this pillow. He worked with me to get the best photo submitted that would produce the best quality print of my friend's beloved pet squirrel. He kept me updated on production and shipping times. When I received the pillow, the zipper of the pillow cover wasn't fully stitched. While I was able to do a sufficient enough job that my friend didn't notice, I made Jim aware and he offered to reprint it. Even considering this minor issue, I'd buy from Jim again and highly recommend.
